Someone
may want to comment on the fact that the DEIR
only has three choices: two at Crystal Springs, and one at Atwater, and that a better location that is clearly missing from the DEIR is the
Ferraro site where there is easily room for realignment to include this project - plus the location would
greatly benefit from related
upgrades.
